Training
At its simplest, training is developing the necessary skills and adaptations to be prepared for a certain task. For sports, we often think about the workouts, but what if everything is training? What if training is a form of expression? What if training incorporated creativity, learning how your body works and responds (and how it doesn’t), and spending time being in nature? What if training aligned with the seasons and the transitions of time and energy?
All the time-tested training methods and principles still matter, but the way in which they are applied can be transformative.
Training is like anything: you improve by practicing. Take the pressure off and free yourself from strict rules and instead build a practice to express fitness, strength, and creativity.

Join for a summer of developing and practicing your own creativity, strength and endurance training, and recovery/being. Enrollment open until June 13. Practice starts June 23 and goes through Aug. 31.
