What if training is a form of expression? What if training incorporated creativity, learning how your body works and responds (and how it doesn’t), and spending time being in nature? What if training aligned with the seasons and the transitions of time and energy?

All the time-tested training methods and principles still matter, but the way in which they are applied can be transformative.
